1. Consultation Fees
The standard fee for one online consultation session is ₹ 500 (Indian Rupees) per booking.
This fee covers a single consultation session (up to 30–45 minutes) with our team.
The consultation includes guidance on farming techniques, crop management, soil health, pest control, irrigation, organic farming, and other related queries.
2. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking.
Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation along with your appointment details.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
Failure to attend the session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show”, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Technical Issues or Missed Sessions
In case of technical difficulties (such as poor internet connectivity or platform issues) from our side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
If technical issues occur from your side, please inform our support team immediately; rescheduling will be at our discretion.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify consultation fees at any time without prior notice.
However, the fee applicable to your booking will be the one displayed at the time of payment confirmation.
